How to Initiate a Return:

We want you and your little one to be completely happy with your Cloudlet Baby shoes. If you need to return an item, please contact our Customer Care team at hello@cloudletbaby.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

Because we utilize multiple fulfillment centers to process orders efficiently, please do not send your purchase back to the original shipping address or our registered corporate office without contacting us first. 

Once your return request is approved, our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the specific return shipping address designated for your region to ensure a smooth and fast refund process.
